Our rooms in the Corn Barn include breakfast.

Payment is made on site by credit card or cash.
Breakfast costs 23 euros per person including hot drinks. We would appreciate a table reservation so that we can prepare breakfast for you.

The key is in the outside of your cabin door, so you can easily check in yourself at any time.
On the day of departure, simply leave the key hanging from the outside of your door.

Corn Barn

You will find your key in the "Corn Barn" guest house at Hof Bissee. As you enter, it is on your left, on the key rack. This way you can easily check in yourself at any time.
On the day of departure, simply hang your key back on the key rack

Children aged 4 and over pay the full room rate.

Cancellation policy for rooms & cabins

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking if the check-in date is at least 14 days in the future.
50 % refund for cancellations made at least seven days before check-in.
No refunds for cancellations made within seven days of check-in.

Spa

Spa use:

Book your spa slot via our app
The sauna may only be used naked and with a towel placed on the wooden benches.
Please observe the spa rules at the respective spa.
Please pack flip-flops
Please leave the spa area (including relaxation room, shower and outdoor area) as you would like to find it yourself. Please do not leave any personal belongings behind. Please take towels back to your room.
The natural swimming pond may only be used if you can swim. Non-swimmers are not allowed to use the natural swimming pond. Parents are responsible for their children.
Dogs or pets are not allowed in the spas.
In the Farmhouse Spa, you can book one 2-hour slot per day. During this time, you have the spa, including the natural swimming pond, all to yourself. There is a sauna, an XXL shower, a relaxation room and an outdoor area with natural swimming pond and loungers.
There are no toilets in the Farmhouse spa.
In the Corn Barn Spa, up to 6 people can use the spa at the same time. There is a Finnish sauna and a bio sauna, as well as a shower, a massage shower, toilets and a relaxation room.
The spa and sauna are not available before check-in and after check-out.

Cinema

Reservation

You can reserve the cinema via the Hof Bissee App for your private use, for 3 hours per day.
It is located in the Farmhouse.

Instructions for use

Take off your shoes:
The cinema is a shoe-free area. Please leave your shoes on the mat at the entrance and wear socks inside the cinema.
Projector & lighting:

Switch on the left of the door: turns on the sideboard lamps and ventilation
The remote control for the projector is located on the sideboard; please return it there after use.

Streaming & content:

Once the projector is on, you can access streaming services and other media via the home screen.
Please do not connect any external devices, as the projector’s position is precisely aligned with the screen.

Rules:

- Max. volume: 20
- Quiet hours (22:00 – 09:00): no louder than 15
  This ensures that the needs of other guests are taken into account and that the overall experience remains enjoyable.
- Please leave the cinema as you would like to find it yourself. Please take all personal belongings back to your room after use.
- In the cinema, pets are not allowed.
- Please observe all cinema rules on site.

WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT, FOR WHAT PURPOSE AND FOR HOW LONG?

When using the digital telephone assistant, we process your spoken words (audio) by using speech recognition to generate text. This text is used to process and answer your request. The audio data is irrevocably deleted immediately after transcription. The transcript is available at Your request will be kept traceable. For the examination and acceptance of The service captures the following data when making reservations: phone number, date, time, number of people, first and last name. The retention period is 12 months.

GROUNDS FOR THE PROCESSING OF DATA:

The collection of your data by our telephone assistant constitutes the processing of personal data under the GDPR. This use is based on a contractual relationship between you and the responsible entity (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). This contractual relationship consists in the provision of information about our restaurants and the offer to accept reservations, which you request from us through the use of our telephone assistant.
